India is a country known for its varied cultural and mythological values since biblical times. We begin to learn moral values from childhood from our family members.
Here children are taught to respect their elders and family members, greet them properly whenever they meet them. A child knows that he should obey his elders and do whatever they have asked him to do. There are many examples of representation of the importance of moral value in life from ancient times. One such example was Lord Rama when he was asked to go to fourteen years of exile and he kept his father’s word and accepted the exile and not caring about his life. Such values instil obedience and peace in the mind of a child. Moral values are essential for each one of us to make us live a life of a good human being and become the epitome for future generations.

In every organization, a defined ethical code of conduct is made and is expected to be followed by all the employees for fundamental societal moral values. Organizations with people having high ethical, moral values run more orderly, mannerly, and efficiently. Instead of just thinking about success, future, and goals, moral values will give us the courage to look for others’ happiness as well. A person with better values is motivated and confident always and finds all possible ways to spread happiness and good vibes in and around them.
