Child labour indicates the exploitation and abuse of children through any manner of work forms that deprives them of their childhood, interferes their right to live mentally and morally sound. The fundamental causes of child labour are poverty, lack of quality education, improper approach to decent work, conflicts and mass migration. Children forced in labour rather than educations are not given opportunities to develop physically, emotionally, intellectually and psychologically.
Some of these students possess extra-ordinary talents and skills, if acknowledged or brought to light rather than pushing to darkness can bring enormous changes to themselves and others. Spreading awareness, more strict laws and effective implementation, discouraging people to employ such children that ruins their childhood and most importantly supporting programs, schemes and NGO like ours that could really prove a drastic change would possibly reduce child labour in every aspect.
